Position Overview
We’re seeking Furniture Repair Technicians to join our contractor network. As an Independent Contractor, you will complete in-home, in-store, and in-shop repairs according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work includes case goods, upholstery, and bedding repairs, with compensation based on “complete” and “not complete” service orders.
What You’ll Do
Perform furniture repair, restoration, and inspections for case goods, upholstery, and bedding.
Complete services both in customers’ homes and at retail, warehouse, and store locations.
Follow Revive SOPs to ensure quality craftsmanship and guest satisfaction.
Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Submit invoices weekly for completed work.
Pay Structure
Per-piece pay rates vary by job type and location (in-home, in-store, and in-shop) and are determined by our labor code list.
Examples:
Crushed corner repair (in-home $100 / in-shop $75)
Dining chair seat replacement (in-home $40 / in-shop $20)
Spot cleaning (in-home $40 / in-shop $20)
Bedding (mattress inspection in-home $40)
Notes:
“Complete” = job resolved to Revive standards and guest satisfaction.
“Not Complete” jobs still receive a reduced rate if attempted but incomplete due to parts, access, or guest availability.
Invoices are paid weekly via EFT.
What You Bring

Contractor Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work as an Independent Contractor in the US.
