Looking for an immediate well rounded handyman to provide electrical services to our properties. This person will handle any work order requests from our tenants at our residential properties, single family homes. This person MUST have their own tools to handling daily work orders with knowledge and experience in electrical (fix a leaking a/c or to install anew cooling system, provide routine maintenance. This person will need reliable transportation as you will using your own vehicle to travel to our properties. We are needing a well rounded individual that can fix minor problems, work on make ready's and provide electrical support where and when needed.
3 days a week min (more as needed)
Starting pay is $20-$25 depending on experience
MUST have a VALID driver's license
