We are so excited to offer updated wages for these positions at Sommerset Neighborhood. We have a few more shifts to fill with top notch care-givers and medication administration staff. Our staff work hard, demonstrate teamwork, smiles on faces, and treat each other, residents, and guests like family. We do have high expectations here, but we all rise to it. For that, and qualified, highly motivated persons, we offer the following:
C.N.A.s in training $12/hr. until certified, then C.N.A. pay will apply. We employee you while you study, we pay for tuition and testing. You sign an agreement to stay with us for at least 6 months after certification.
C.N.A. base wage $16/hr. -$18.02/hr. based on proven years experience
C.N.A./M.A.T. base wage $16.50/hr.-$18.59/hr. based on proven years experience
C.M.A. base wage $17/hr.-$19.15/hr. based on proven years of experience
A.C.M.A. base wage $18.00-$20.28/hr. based on proven years of experience.
We add $1.00/hr for weekends and $1.50/hr. for those who work in our memory care or high care areas on top of the base wage.
We offer health/vision/dental insurance 90% paid by employer.
