Looking for honest, dependable, compassionate Live-In caregiver who works well with the elderly. Healthy, Strong, Non-Smoker; No Drugs/Alcohol; No Pets.
Needed for a 61 yr old male who is post stroke recovering some self-sufficiency and needs some physical assistance; and a 85 yr old male that is elderly and need of some directing and care with meds etc…
Compensation: Room, Board, Utilities, Cable/Internet and in house Food, Pay: Approx. $1000-2000/ month
Nice single family home, three bedroom two full bath home near May Ave & Wilshire in North Oklahoma City, OK.
Job requirements:
Must be able to physically lift, bend, stretch and pull a person.
Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and be able to drive.
Must be able to pass a criminal and caregiver background check.
Help complete all activities of daily living, including:
Bathing
Dressing
Transfers to and from bed; wheelchair; toilet; shower chair; recliner
Toileting
Medication administration
Repositioning in wheelchair and bed
Hygiene tasks, including toothbrushing, face washing, hair care and make-up
Attending doctor appointments
Companionship
Complete all instrumental activities of daily living, including:
Cleaning
Laundry
Meal prep and cooking
Run errands, including grocery shopping, personal needs shopping, pharmacy, etc.
Make bed and change bed linens
MUST HAVE REFERENCES
