Do you want to become a C.N.A. and make a difference in the lives of our seniors? We are an Assisted Living community that has very high expectations as to how we deliver care to our residents. Our staff must meet our residents needs with compassion and a love for what they are doing. We treat our residents with dignity and respect, and we promote as much autonomy as possible. They are not a room number, they are parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, and friends.
It's not easy work, but it's rewarding in many ways for those of us who choose to do it.
We will pay your tuition, supplies, and testing to become a C.N.A. You will work for us in a non-caregiver capacity while in the program to have an income. You will be required to sign an agreement to stay with us for 6 months AFTER certification, in hopes that you stay longer.
