Lead Cook

We are hiring for a lead cook for our Mediterranean restaurant in NW Oklahoma City. Full time & part time are both available, Fridays and Saturdays are required. The job is strictly cooking and cleaning assigned area, cooking activities include grilling, frying, cutting gyro meat and preparing plates. We are not overly busy but do get rushes throughout dinner service and most orders are by call-ins and online orders. We offer one month training to get you prepared and learn the dishes/menu.
