Tester

Oversee quality assurance activities associated with software development and analysis tasks. This includes developing test plans, performing exploratory testing and executing functional and regression testing.  Work closely with engineering, product management and support teams to ensure the product is ready for release. Pull Product Backlog Items (PBI)s that are ready to be tested from Azure DevOps to perform QC testing. Log bugs to the PBIs in Azure DevOps so that the developer can address the bug. Create the Test Plan checklist and the Test Results document. Create test cases in the Azure DevOps for the user stories. Perform testing using those test cases to verify that the user story meets all the acceptance criteria. Perform integration and system testing. Prepare test data. Notify customer and support team when changes are ready for UAT. Conduct and document User Acceptance Testing. Develop successful test plans and document test results. Submit test plan and test results to customer and support team for approval. Perform production rehearsal testing prior to production releases.
