Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleAs a Sr Product Manager for the Wholesale segment, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our wholesale customers and partners. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for our wholesale products. You will also collaborate with other product managers across the company to ensure alignment and synergy with the overall product portfolio.The Main Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the wholesale products, from ideation to launch to optimization.

Conduct market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to identify and prioritize customer problems and opportunities.

Define and communicate clear and compelling product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering and design teams.

Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and balance trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed.

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute the go-to-market strategy, launch plans, and success metrics for the wholesale products.

Monitor and measure product performance, user feedback, and customer satisfaction, and iterate based on data and learnings.

Establish and maintain a strong relationship with the wholesale customers and partners, and act as their advocate and voice within the company.

Evangelize the product vision and value proposition internally and externally and influence senior leadership and key decision-makers.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelors degree in engineering computer science business or related field MBA or advanced degree is a plus

8+ years of product management experience in the technology and telecommunications industry preferably in the wholesale segment

Proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B products and solutions that delight customers and drive business outcomes

Strong customer centric mindset and ability to empathize with different customer segments and personas

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and data driven decision making approach

Outstanding communication and presentation skills and ability to articulate complex concepts and tradeoffs to various audiences

Highly collaborative and cross functional team player and effective stakeholder manager

Agile and lean product development methodologies and best practices

CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
