Senior Technician - Substation Design

Be part of a company that values innovation, quality, and client satisfaction as we build a legacy of excellence in electrical engineering.Responsibilities:Perform intermediate- to advanced-level substation design while working under minimal direction and supervision.Collaborate with engineers and technical leadership to develop and execute design approaches that meet project specifications and client requirements.Use MicroStation, Revit, or AutoCAD software to create accurate and detailed design drawings for utility transmission and substation projects.Run design calculations, update drawings, determine material needs, and review project specifications.Provide mentorship and training to less experienced technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.Attend client meetings to discuss project needs and design solutions.
