Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 4 & 5) to support Boeing Global Services in Oklahoma City, OK .KC-767 International Tanker Systems Engineer with primary emphasis on Payloads and Mechanical Systems but must be familiar with overall aircraft systems (e.g. Avionics, ECS, etc). The successful candidate will have responsibility for executing implementation of aeromedical capability on the Italy KC-767 as well as supporting multiple DMS resolution efforts covering aerial refueling systems (cameras, exterior lighting, vision systems, controls & displays, aerial refueling stores), Avionics (comm/nav/mission), interior lighting, ECS, oxygen, fire detection/suppression, and lav/galley.Position Responsibilities:

Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.

Evaluates customer/operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces.

Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture.

Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success.

Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.

Resolves cross-functional technical issues.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

5+ years of experience in systems engineering, particularly in the design, development, and verification of complex systems, with a focus on mechanical systems and payloads

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of higher education and/or related work experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

Experience in managing requirements, risks, and technology readiness assessments, with a focus on improving processes and tools for project execution
