The Applications Designer will be part of a fast-paced growing team supporting design, documentation, and implementation for PeopleSoft HCM modules and interfaces for Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems.
Leverage your deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes to be an Army Data Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Support backlog refinement sessions with the product development team to define, refine, and estimate work items with a common understanding incorporating inputs from a functional, technical, and user perspective (Definition of Ready).
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
10+ years experience in Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
A deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes.
Experience with existing Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems.
Must obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date if not already having it.

100% fully remote.
Salary: $130-$150k.
If not possessing an active clearance, must be clearance eligible.
