Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Multi-Family Manager to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma .This position is over the AEW&C Korea, Australia, and Turkey programs. This team manages supply chain for modification and sustainment programs and includes Procurement Agents, Supply Base Managers, Procurement Analysts, and Supplier Program Managers.Position Responsibilities:

Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.

Manages employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, management and improvement of supply chain management and processes and supplier diversity.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Provides oversight regarding negotiation processes and related tools. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position is for 1st shiftThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 5 years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

More than 3 years experience working with proposals, contracts, and/or contract terms

More than 3 years experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)

Experience working with a variety of subcontract types under DoD prime contracts

More than 5 years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts.

Typical Education/Experience:Typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience.
