Our commitment to professionalism, strong communication, and technical excellence has positioned us as a trusted partner in the industry.Job Overview:As a Senior Field Engineer/Senior IT Support professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our clients' IT infrastructure. This position requires a seasoned individual with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, exceptional troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Work Schedule:15-20 hours per week, with flexibility for increased hours during heavy onboarding weeks.On-site work every Thursday in Enid, NW of the Metro.Contract duration: June 2024.Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Schedule on-site visits on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, with one office in Lawton and one in Tulsa.Requirements Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support for clients, focusing on servers, networking (Ubiquity and Windows), and desktop systems.Act as the main point of contact for our clients, ranging from reception to high-profile executives.Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for hardware, software, and network issues.Set up new computers, configure networks, and install necessary software.Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established process standards.Collaborate with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team to assist with onboarding tasks during heavy weeks.Schedule and coordinate on-site visits with clients in Lawton and Tulsa, including advanced planning for efficient service delivery.Ensure a professional and presentable demeanor when interacting with clients.Requirements:5+ years of experience in IT support and field engineering.Expertise in networking technologies, specifically Ubiquity and Windows environments.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle a diverse range of IT issues.Excellent documentation skills and adherence to process standards.Professional and clear communication skills.Ability to present a polished and professional appearance.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
