Job Description
- Perform high quality work in all aspects of diagnosing, repairing, charging, and moving our e-scooters through our warehouses
- Communicate issues clearly to team lead and escalate repair issues as needed
- Coordinate with team to follow through on the daily plan for diagnosing and repairing e-scooters within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Track workflow and file required reports as necessary
- Protect company assets by using sound judgment and decision making
- Deploy, retrieve, rebalance, and inspect our e-scooters in the field
- Coordinate with team to follow through on the daily plan for deploying and retrieving e-scooters in the field
- Take ownership on operating and maintaining a commercial van
