Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support MS&B Programs located in Oklahoma City, OK. This site enjoys a 9/80 work schedule!Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including: Experienced and Senior Level Operations Analysts (levels 3 & 4).This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location .Position Responsibilities:

Collects, organizes and analyzes data to maintain program status and customer commitments

Works with the portfolio leaders team to report Operations issues

Ensures organizational alignment with Boeing processes, Program Management Best Practices, and compliance requirements with both internal and external suppliers

Coordinates with Program Leadership, customer counterparts, and Business Operations peers

Participates in and leads meetings and associated events to align operational requirements and organizational objectives for the portfolio

Communicates and coordinates between modification sites/suppliers and the Program for regular deliverables, briefings, and meetings as required

Monitors and tracks project execution of tasks, and communicates status

Analyzes metrics and reports on contractor performance in support of portfolio and program PMMs

Drives the development and reporting of Program Metrics to ensure consistency across the various portfolios

Special Projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned as required

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Minimum 3+ years of experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment

Minimum 3+ year of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination or education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Minimum 5 years of experience working with aircraft production systems

Experience supporting Commercial or Military Commercial Derivative aircraft (i.e. 747, VC-25, C-32, P-8, KC-46A).

Experience in a role that required strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

5 or more years' experience in production operations supporting large aircraft assembly, modification, and/or maintenance operations

5 or more years' experience with airplane programs products and processes.

3 or more years' experience as an Operations Analyst

Tableau or other business intelligence system experience
