Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstEligible for EIP AvenuesThe Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement role is responsible for the development, management, and promulgation of the EIP Cybersecurity Strategy. The individual in this role works with EIP Department leaders to design and develop strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives that improve EIP program operations, talent, and associated delivery of technical tools and solutions. The role provides data-basedstrategic direction to identify and address security-related business issues and opportunities. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement role drives a security-centric culture by applying organizational change management strategies to enable adoption of cybersecurity strategic priorities and focusing on the people side of change – guiding adoption of changes to processes, systems and technologies.The Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement role leads the development, management, and adoption of the EIP Cybersecurity Strategy. This role is responsible for conducting analyses of Humana’s security and business priorities and translating issues into actionable EIP strategic initiatives aimed at improving EIP program operational effectiveness and Humana’s security posture. The Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement role ensures that initiatives and plans for cybersecurity and IT architecture/designs, security controls, processes, standards and policies, and procedures are aligned with Humana’s overall enterprise strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives. The individual in this role may work directly with EIP Department subject matter experts to support cross-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce strategic recommendations and plans. This role is responsible for ensuring that EIP policies and procedures align with Humana’s corporate strategic vision. The Cybersecurity Strategy Advancement role partners with leaders to drive adoption and utilization of cybersecurity strategic priorities to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and achievement of results and outcomes. The individual in this role will create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance; coach and support leaders to serve as organizational change agents; provide consultative expertise to project teams to integrate organizational change management activities into their project plans; and, build cross-functional relationships at all levels to effectively influence and drive organizational initiatives throughout a matrixed environment.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, economics, organizational management, industrial organizational design, or talent management-related field or equivalent experience Technical cybersecurity experience Strategy or executive management consulting experience with a view to organizational strategy, strategy management, transformation management & oversight Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Knowledge of information technology (IT) and cybersecurity program management talent trends, requirements, and procedures Knowledge of cybersecurity program maturity & talent assessment processes (e.g., methods for assessing program maturity, talent priority identification, and risk mitigation procedures)Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Professional Cybersecurity Certifications desired (i.e., CISSP)Remote/WAH requirements:

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$129,300 - $177,800 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
