As an Instructional Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing our teaching staff, ultimately enhancing student achievement and fostering a positive learning environment.Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to teachers, focusing on classroom management, instructional strategies, and student engagementConduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching practicesDevelop and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for faculty membersCollaborate with school leadership to establish and maintain a structured, achievement-oriented school cultureAnalyze student performance data and work with teachers to implement data-driven instructional strategiesSupport the implementation of curriculum and instructional initiatives across grade levelsAssist in the development and refinement of lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materialsCoordinate and manage state and interim assessments in collaboration with school administrationParticipate in school-wide initiatives and events to promote a positive learning environmentStay current with educational research and best practices, sharing insights with the teaching staff
