Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in onboarding new merchant customers on payment processing solutions, by ensuring smooth account activation experience, educating merchants on how to use their payment processing equipment and/ software, while providing technical support as needed.The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs welcome calls and conducts setup process with new merchants.Provide orientation to Xplor Pay support sites post-onboarding process.Guide customers in logging into the online merchant portal reporting toolEducate merchants on PCI compliance and Self-AssessmentTrains merchants on utilizing the Xplor Pay Virtual Terminal.Troubleshoot and configure credit card terminals.Collaborate with internal teams as needed to resolve merchant issues.Navigate multiple systems and tools while providing real-time support.Acquire the necessary knowledge on product offerings and processing solutions to ensure a high-level of merchant customer experience.Participate in special projects as assigned by your manager.This role has a base salary pay range of $40,000 - $45,000 USDMay be considered for a discretionary bonus.This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.#LI-Remote
