Unit DescriptionDo you possess strong leadership skills and enjoy managing people, processes and projects?Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced manager to lead our team as the General Manager 6 at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital located in Oklahoma City, OK .Located in Midtown, SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital - Oklahoma City is a 773-bed tertiary care hospital serving the health care needs of central Oklahoma and surrounding counties for 125 years.The General Manager will focus on food operations, labor productivity, budgets and financial reporting, client relations, and implementing strategies to drive patient/guest satisfaction. Success for the ideal candidate will be driven by positive outcomes through client satisfaction, retention, and positive patient and guest satisfaction scores. Coupled with prior management level experience in a hospital environment, our ideal candidate will be a customer focused, innovative leader with exceptional financial acumen as well as demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and meet financial objectives.We are looking for candidates who will:
