Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role primarily involves handling bookkeeping duties and maintaining accurate financial records. You will be managing vendors, check requests, and bi-monthly payroll operations. Responsibilities Overseeing the entire Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) process. Conducting Annual Internal Audit and Cash Flow Analysis to ensure financial stability. Managing Daily Cash and ensuring its proper allocation. Maintaining and updating the General Ledger on a regular basis. Preparing and recording Journal Entries and ensuring their accuracy. Handling Payroll operations, including Payroll Taxes, to ensure timely and accurate disbursement. Utilizing QuickBooks for efficient financial management and record keeping. Conducting Bank Reconciliations and Cash Reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Preparing and presenting comprehensive Financial Reports. Conducting Account Reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in managing Annual Budgets and conducting Cash Flow Analysis Ability to perform Daily Cash Management and maintain General Ledger Expertise in preparing Journal Entries and managing Payroll Familiarity with conducting Annual Internal Audits and Bank Reconciliations Experience in Cash Reconciliations and Account Reconciliation Ability to prepare comprehensive Financial Reports Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and regulations Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Excellent communication and organizational skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
