First Party Examiner

Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, your primary tasks will include processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect overdue payments. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor customer credit accounts for any irregularities Take appropriate action to collect overdue payments Collaborate with the billing team to ensure all customer credit information aligns Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding credit and data entry Use data entry skills to update and maintain a comprehensive database Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information Provide excellent customer service when dealing with inquiries or issues. Requirements Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Strong knowledge of Billing procedures and Data Entry tasks At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role Excellent typing speed and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Must be legally eligible to work in the specified location.
