Collections Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing collection processes, maintaining customer retention, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be expected to use various software systems for accounting and data management.Responsibilities: Execute collection processes and strategies to recover owed amounts Maintain customer retention by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records of collection efforts Use data management tools such as Accurint and IBM AS/400 for tracking and reporting Handle billing functions and ensure timely collection of payments Employ Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation Use Great Plains (GPAC) for financial management and reporting Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with customers Utilize your knowledge of credit processes to manage and resolve credit-related issues Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve collection targets.
