Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Entry, Associate or Mid-Level Engineers.Position Responsibilities:

Collects information to support definition of requirements for tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes used in the manufacture and engineering design of products

Incorporates changes to specifications and other documents to manage the deployment of materials, parts and processes

Performs tests to qualify new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes to meet requirements

Assists with activities to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements

Conducts basic analysis to determine performance or reasons for failures of tools, materials, parts or processes

Assists in implementing corrective and preventive actions

Develops basic computer and production systems to satisfy user requirements

Uses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements

Incorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN and Quality principles into (1) materials and processes, (2) research, design and qualification, (3) work procedures and (4) labs and office areas

Additional Job Responsibilities:· Analytical Skills (Technical)Skill and ability to: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources· Contamination Control PrincipleKnowledge of contamination control principles that enable the translation of end item system requirements into contamination control plans and the ability to oversee and verify implementation· Corrosion PrinciplesKnowledge of corrosion principles (such as crevice, stress, dissimilar metals)· Engineering Drawings and SpecsAbility to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprint/schematic reading, specification, change, design)· Environmental Health and SafetyKnowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Environmental Health and Safety Sciences. Knowledge of the relationship between Environmental Health and Safety Sciences (e.g., radiation physics, toxicology, industrial hygiene, etc.) and how their processes affect one another and impact non-science processes (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Business, etc.)· Fuels and LubricantsKnowledge of aircraft fuels and lubricants (e.g., greases or dry film)· Inorganic Chemical ProcessingKnowledge of inorganic chemical processing (such as chromic acid anodizing, phosphoric acid anodizing, sulfuric acid anodizing, etching, plating)· Materials Engr PrinciplesAbility to apply knowledge of materials engineering and scientific principles to develop, design, analyze, test, and validate solutions for complex systems, sub-systems and designs· Organic Chemical ProcessingKnowledge of organic chemical processes (such as top-coating, priming, surface cleaning).· Test Program DesignKnowledge of test program design (e.g., design of experiments, test plan development, validation)This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Chemistry or other related engineering/science disciplines

Typical Education/Experience:Entry (Level 1):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Associate (Level 2):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Mid-Level (Level 3):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience).
