We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in a clinic-based setting. The BCBA will support individual clients and their families through comprehensive assessment, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing supervision of behavior intervention programs.Key Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments utilizing tools such as ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, and VinelandManage an assigned caseload by:Developing individualized treatment plansDesigning and implementing skill acquisition, social skills, and behavior reduction programsCreating goals to promote adaptive life skillsSupervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in alignment with BACB guidelinesCollaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure cohesive careParticipate in regular team meetings (weekly or bi-weekly) to review progress and adjust plans as neededComplete documentation accurately and on schedule, maintaining compliance with clinical and electronic health record (EHR) standardsCoordinate care and communicate with families, schools, and other providers to support consistency across environmentsDeliver caregiver training to help families generalize ABA strategies at homeStay current with developments in ABA research and maintain active certification through ongoing continuing educationBenefits:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offReferral programHow to Apply:
