Find your future with us.The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to join the Integrated Planning & Scheduling group located in Oklahoma City, OK .Position Responsibilities:
Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)
Associate’s degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
Experience in Critical Path Methodology, analysis and reporting.
Experience with program management / project management
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience using Milestone Professional.
