Req ID: 457462BASIC PURPOSE: This position will assist with clerical work, run errands, handle mail and paperwork, data entry, etc. in order to support the Gemini fleet of Truck and Trailer equipment in the permitting department.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinates driver and trailer access to terminals.
Maintains permitting for vehicles in various states.
Maintain various states Tax ID portals, OR, NM, KY, etc.
Tracks and renews trailer certifications and registration renewals.
Tracks and renews all special permits and state certifications fleet and truck specific.
Maintains registration and tags for new trucks and trailers.
Updates and maintains truck and trailer files.
Trouble shoot toll and weight station bypass devices.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: High school Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: College Degree preferred
