Position: Temp-to-Hire Accounts Payable
Start Date: Immediate
Location: North OKC – Onsite Requirement
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: $16-$18 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate and efficient handling of billing processes
Managing the entire accounts receivable cycle meticulously
Conducting data entry tasks related to financial transactions
Providing exceptional customer service to address billing inquiries promptly and courteously
Requirements
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in billing or accounts payable roles
Familiarity with Concur is advantageous
Proficiency in Excel is a must
Experience with ERP systems is preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
