Small, long-time family owned termite and pest control business located downtown OKC is looking for an outstanding office manager. Experience in scheduling helpful but not required. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask. Will train the right person. Must be dependable and have valid a driver’s license or I.D.
Duties will include answering & placing phone calls, scheduling/re-scheduling appointments and providing helpful customer service. Other duties include data entry, filing, and the professional performance of any other administrative tasks as assigned. Must be able to compile data and complete a comprehensive weekly report.
