MUST LIVE IN OKLAHOMA
Experience: 1 year minimum in contact center/related or administrative healthcare (dental/medical office front desk for example)
Duration: Est. 3mths Starting
Schedule: Shift time 8:30AM - 5PM for their time zone/Training 9AM - 6PM ET (first 4 weeks)
Other scheduling requirements:
Breaks and lunches are scheduled and cannot be customized. 30-minute lunch, (2) 15-minute breaks before and after lunch period
Role Summary:
Member Services Representative (MSR) is expected to provide excellent customer service to all incoming/outgoing callers and answer and document inquiries related to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, claims, pre-estimates/pre-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests and other miscellaneous inquiries.
Job Summary Details:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed.
Thoroughly document all customer transactions in host system
Ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines.
Answer 80+ calls per day.
Maintain a quality score of 95% or greater
Other duties as assigned.
Education Level: Minimum of High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Years of Experience: At least 2yrs Customer service experience in a call center environment, 1yr in healthcare administrative experience or related required.
Specific Skills/Knowledge
Excellent listening skills to appropriately handle calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Outstanding customer service skills
Knowledge of dental terminology and practices
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Bilingual preferred
