Assistant Manager (Part Time 2-3 Days a Week) for Self-Storage Facility – Tuttle, OK

We have an immediate need for Self-Storage Assistant Manager with 2+ years of storage/hotel experience who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic team in Tuttle, Ok. You will receive the training needed to excel in one of the fastest growing industries and can be part of a fast-growing family business that rewards your hard work in managing a self-storage facility.
Job Description:
Willing to work Saturday 9 am – 5pm and Sunday 12pm - 5pm. Optional 3rd day will be discussed at time of hire.
Renting Storage Units
Renting U-Haul trucks, trailers and tow dollies
Conversion of phone, internet and walk-in inquiries to rentals
Ability to quickly learn new software
Collecting Payments
Great customer service
Daily walkthrough of the facility
Job Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have a High School Diploma/GED equivalent and at least two years of related experience (retail sales/customer service/leasing/rentals)
Must be a team player
Must be able to assist at other locations if needed.
Proficient with computers: Word, Excel, Internet
Must have clean employment history, criminal history, driving record and drug test
Compensation:
$12.00 per hour
$10 for every storage unit rented
10% of revenue generated from merchandise sales
Health insurance, benefits and mileage allowance NOT offered
