We are searching for a highly motivated Accounts Receivable & Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Process customer payments and reconcile accounts receivable.
Maintain accurate inventory records by entering and tracking inventory data.
Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner.
Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts and inventory.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding invoices and payments.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Must be able to work Saturdays.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, inventory control, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
