Description Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temp to Hire Staff Administrator to join our team in Oklahoma City. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring seamless transitions for temporary employees who are being considered for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temporary and temp-to-hire positions.

Candidate Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new temporary employees, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientations, and explaining company policies and procedures.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for temporary employees, addressing questions, concerns, and providing ongoing support throughout their assignments.

Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance and attendance of temporary employees, providing feedback to supervisors and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Transition Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to evaluate temporary employees for potential permanent placement, facilitating smooth transitions and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, answering phones, and managing email correspondence.

Compliance: Ensure all employment-related documentation and processes adhere to federal, state, and company regulations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR administration preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software systems.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
