Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Paralegal to join our team situated in Norman, Oklahoma. This role revolves around the legal industry, particularly in dealing with estate planning, probate, and trust administration. The successful candidate will be expected to execute drafting of estate plans, prepare legal pleadings, and manage communications with clients and other professional advisors. Responsibilities: Draft estate plans including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and limited liability company operating agreements. Prepare and edit probate pleadings such as petitions, notices, orders, and motions. Assist with the trust funding for estate planning matters. Participate in signing meetings for estate planning matters. Initiate and manage communications with clients and other professional advisors. Assist attorneys in managing dockets and filings for probate cases. Take a leading role in the trust administration process. Utilize skills in Calendar Management, Estate Law, Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, and Probate Litigation.Every day brings something to be thankful for.
