Continuous Improvement Manager

RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:This position is directly responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES:1. Leads the plant’s continuous improvement effort to reduce conversion costs.2. Creates and sustains a culture of continuous improvement.3. Acts as a catalyst for establishing and maintaining material flow and presentation4. Uses BBP and other means to identify cost improvement opportunities.5. Leads cross-functional Design for Assembly Manufacturing team.6. Responsible for training of Operations team in JCMS tools.7. Supports creation and distribution of Continuous Improvement metrics.8. Other duties may be assigned.
