DSA is seeking a qualified applicant for a position with the Army Integrated Fires and Rapid Capabilities Office (IF/RCO) Project Management Office. The scope of this effort is to aid the IF/RCO Project Management Office's Logistics Sustainment Support for new and emerging systems, nonstandard systems and sustainment logistics infrastructure capabilities in garrison, contingency and deployed locations JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The candidate will provide Logistician services for tasks associated with the related PWS. - Knowledge of warehousing, Care of supplies in storage (COSIS), and Army regulations related to Property Accountability, Item Management, and Automatic Identification Technology (AIT) - Knowledge of interfaces associated with the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Data Interchanges - Conducts and provides oversight of activities that include purchasing, transportation, inventory, and warehousing. - Facilitate the movement of a range of materiel. - Utilize COLTS and other Accountable Property Systems of Record when identified to plan and track the movement of materiel. - Operate software programs to manage logistical functions, such as procurement, inventory management, and other supply chain planning and management actions. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: A master's degree in a specialized field plus a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in the specialized field plus 7 years of applicable experience; or, a bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 9 years of specialized experience. Min Qual is Master's Degree & 3 Years of Experience or 10 years of relevant experience. DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience maintaining databases such as Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Web Federal Logistics Information System (WebFLIS) or similar Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience supporting Integrated Fires / Rapid Capabilities Office (IF/RCO) formerly (Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM)) products and systems Experience using Catalog Ordering Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our communities, families and employees.
