Appointment Setters get paid a set amount for productivity, or 25per qualified appointment, whichever is greater. New clients closed bonuses are determined by the quality of the client.
6 hours a day minimum work day requirement equals 350.00 per week for full-time productivity averaged out over the course of the week, 1099. Paid weekly Zelle or PayPal. Payroll is at the end of the business day on the last day of the week.
150+ cold calls per day required. No slackers. Must have exceptional communication skills, need Microsoft 365 for excel spreadsheets, hard-working, problem solver, aggressive, resourceful, quick to overcome objections, and able to handle rejection. Previous phone sales/cold calling experience is helpful. Appointment setters are expected to be self-motivated and required to generate "qualified appointments". No wood.
