Primary Tasks:
Manage grant program objectives, outcomes, reporting timelines and budget exceeding $1 million.
Coordinate work orders for accessibility enhancements to tribal members' residences, manage job and contractor inquiries, and oversee DME (Durable Medical Equipment) deliveries to guarantee the fulfillment of ongoing projects and requests.
Work alongside the Director and Data Analyst to analyze data regarding tribal outreach initiatives and create comprehensive reports for agency administration.
Ensure productive relationships and demonstrate cultural sensitivity when engaging with project stakeholders, including tribal members, contractors, long-term care advocacy organizations, disability groups, and organizations associated with the tribal community.
Assess all applications and work collaboratively with staff to determine participants' eligibility for resources.
Comply with all program requirements including appropriate documentation and monitoring of expenditures.
Gather and submit required reporting criteria and other activities including recommendations for change and improvement.
Assist with the development of culturally appropriate educational and outreach material specific to the grant.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:MINIMUM
Bachelor's degree in Native American studies, business administration, or public health and
Two [2] years of related work experience in program management and contracts or;
Equivalent combination of education and experience totaling six [6] years
Knowledge of social service programs, health services, and long-term care programs
