Job Title: CNC ProgrammerPay: Based on experience, all candidates are encouraged to applyLocation: Chickasha, OKJob Description: As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machining operations.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate CNC programs.

Utilize CAD/CAM software, including Fusion 360 and Autodesk, to design and simulate machining processes.

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform test runs and ensure program accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve production efficiency and quality.

Maintain documentation for CNC programs and machining processes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Fusion 360/Autodesk

Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with multi-axis CNC machines.

Knowledge of tooling and fixture design.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
