As a Bailiff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining courtroom security, providing assistance to the public, and ensuring the smooth operation of legal proceedings. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented, punctual, and can communicate effectively.Responsibilities:
Provide unarmed security in the courtroom environment.
Greet and assist the public, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Retrieve tickets and probation files for court proceedings.
Verify insurance documents for compliance.
Calculate and discuss payment plans with defendants.
Perform other duties as assigned by court officials.
Qualifications:
Unarmed CLEET certification is required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely.
Punctual and reliable attendance is essential.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
