Who knows where our shared journey will take you?We are looking for a Fabrication Welder for our Broken Arrow, OK location.This is a 3rd shift position but will train on 2nd shift.3rd shift hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am 2nd shift training hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pmPosition Overview

The Fabrication Welder will have Solid understanding of GMAW Welding to tack and weld piece parts according to detail drawings with components consisting of steel channels, brackets, angles, assemblies, and subassemblies. Tack weld all parts together in equipment, ensuring all dimensions are correct to specified drawings. Weld complete assembly according to specified welding standards. Correct fabrication mistakes. Incorporate approved design changes where necessary. Fabricate shop fixtures as required by assembly personnel per engineering sketch. Meet production schedule, quality and planned labor hours with limited supervision. Work in a team on sophisticated tasks and get the tasks completed in a timely manner

Work with basic tools (drill, saw, Plasma, Etc.).

Detail oriented to ensure accurate fabrication work is done in a timely manner and with the quality expected by the customer.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work daily/weekend overtime as the need arises to meet production demand.

Knowledge of safe working practices.

Able to read Tape measure

Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to stand for 10 hours.

Ability to operate basic tools required for the welding process

High School Education or GED equivalent

The pay range for this position is $24 - $28 per hour, plus shift differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
