General labor summer position: yard and landscape work; painting; inside and outside cleaning; doing the typical kinds of things that are needed around a house and grounds.
Totally flexible days and hours-you could wrap this position around something else you are doing. You can work on any days you choose and we agree on. Part time and intermittent.
Must be dependable and reliable and willing to follow directions and learn. Non-relative references requested. Ideal job for student on summer vacation.
Pay: 10.50/hr to begin. Raises possible based upon performance and reliability. Payment in cash at end of each working day.
