Job Summary: We take special care of each of our clients by ensuring our service professionals, plumbers, installers, and repair technicians have the latest training and state-of-the-art tools to complete the job correctly the first time. Satisfactory communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers a must. If you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Providing quality repairs in a COMPANY SUPPLIED VAN where all the expenses are paid for by the company. Complete small to medium repairs. Communicate with customers about scope of work and cost estimates. Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment. Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed by way of company supplied iPad. Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition. Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions. Strong plumbing background, proficiency to navigate tablet based technology. Team player who can work independently. Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience when working in their home.
