Opportunity to be a key part of an integral team for a well-established business with updated equipment, tooling, and software. The ideal candidate is experienced with the ability to lead others and optimize machining conditions. Responsibilities include process development and CNC programming using SolidWorks and SolidCam. Leadership responsibilities include directing CNC operators and completing and verifying set-ups. This is a key support position involving tasks critical to the overall performance of the business.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Overtime may be required depending on workload. Must be willing to take and pass drug screen and background check.
Required Education/Experience: Formal manufacturing training or education is desirable, however several years of experience specific to the machine trades may be acceptable. Stable and successful work history.
