Human Resources (HR) Assistant

Description Company in Youngstown is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support the administrative staff in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume collection, hiring, reference checks, background checks, and drug screening. This role will also involve conducting on-site employee orientation for new hires, maintaining up-to-date job descriptions, and posting job vacancies. Additionally, responsibilities will include preparing and filing unemployment forms, maintaining personnel files, and gathering data for Worker's Compensation claims.
