Position DescriptionThe AFLCMC/HIAR Subject Matter Expert position is responsible maintaining and publishing Stock Control System deliverables to SharePoint and also maintaining the System Hierarchy Analysis Tool (SHAT).This position will be a working on a 13 person team will report to SCS Serco Team Lead. This is a hybrid position.This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active NACI clearance.In this role, you will:
Attend various meetings and conferences as required to accomplish the required tasks directed by the Program Managers.
Monitor the Stock Control System (SCS) documentation changes submitted by the SCS Sustainment contractor.
Prepare document changes for publication to SharePoint and the SCS Publications website(s).
Attend software and test review meetings and sign off on the presented results when they are approved.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:
U.S. Citizenship
This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active NACI clearance.
A High School diploma.
5 years of experience in an Air Force or DOD project support environment
Expert knowledge and use of the SHAT tool
Working knowledge of AF logistics systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with Air Force Instructions (AFI), Technical Order Policies , and Department of Defense (DoD) directive
Additional desired experience and skills:
Expert level knowledge of the Stock Control System (SCS)
Proven ability to function in a team environment
