SummaryC2 ALASKA, LLCWright Patterson AFBTHIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARDThe Strategic Agreement & Partnership Specialist will provide support for the Strategic Partnering (SPD) directorate through development, planning, and operational experimentation.Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, and foster strategic partnerships to create and build working relationships critical for execution of S&T mission with internal and external entities.

Support analysis of partnership data, advise on strategic value, and provide courses of action.

Support all aspects of partnership engagement to include drafting of partnership agreements.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Ten (10) years directly related experience

Minimum Five (5) years of experience must be with the DoD

Minimum Five (5) years of facilitation experience

Possess a Secret Clearance

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience in working with the Federal Aviation Administration on extensive test operation projects

Knowledge of Support Agreements DoD Instructions (DoDI 4000.19), AF Formulation and Oversight of Domestic Alliances (AFI 25-201), AFRL Formulation and Oversight of Domestic Alliances (AFRLI 25-201), and DoD Policy for Oversight and Independent Research and Development (DoDI 3204.01)

Knowledge of AFRL Landscape Analysis and OSD Horizon Scan tools and techniques, and AFRL Domestic Alliance Agreement tracking database tool

Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot various situations to develop successful outcomes within established program/project guidelines
