Senior Financial Analyst

Job DescriptionThe Senior Finance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting commercial/operational teams (Sales, Product Management, and Demand Planning/Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement) and provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support. This individual will be crucial business partner to our teams, providing robust FP&A support, and taking on additional finance-related duties as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Tactical data and report work, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting and analysis. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPI Conduct in-depth data analysis to support operational decision-making and identify trends. Act as the go-to person for quick data requests, providing timely and accurate information. Act as the go-to person for quick data requests, providing timely and accurate information.This opening is targeting a salary of $90,000-$100,000We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
