Research and analysis of complex legal documents
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Data base management of all relevant documents
Highly effective organizational and prioritization skills to successfully handle heavy workload Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience
Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Corporate ParaLegal experience
Knowledge of ParaLegals
Customer service oriented communication skills
Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
