Operations Coordinator

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in WESTERVILLE, Ohio. The role focuses on coordinating various operational activities within the industry, including customer service, scheduling, and maintaining quality assurance. Responsibilities: Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain their records Coordinate preventive maintenance services within the district, including those provided by Service Partners Monitor and manage the scheduling of all service events within the district's geographical area Assist in the scheduling of load banking requirements, ordering, pickup and delivery, and test equipment Manage the site activation/cancellation activity on Service Partner Web for new and pending contracts Provide physical tags to Service Partners for new equipment Review and adjust preventive maintenance schedule dates before releasing tickets to the field Track preventive maintenance to ensure timely completion and contract compliance Maintain and communicate start-up scheduling Prepare and maintain weekend work calendar/duty tech schedule Provide PM/FCN due reports to Customer Engineer to assist in scheduling PM’s and FCN’s Requirements Exceptional customer service skills to ensure high-quality service delivery. Proven experience in operations with the ability to review and improve processes. Strong scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in "About Time" software for efficient time management. Expertise in calendar management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Knowledge of financial notes and their appropriate use in operations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with partners and team members. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI. Proven ability to coordinate teams and projects to achieve operational goals. Experience in managing replacements and maintenance, including service calls and preventative maintenance. Familiarity with contract compliance and ensuring operations adhere to legal and company standards. Ability to use test equipment to ensure quality and safety in operations. Experience in banking operation, with a focus on contracts finance. Ability to conduct AB testing to improve operational efficiency. Experience in start-ups, with a focus on building and strengthening operational processes. Commitment to ensuring quality in all aspects of work.
