This position will focus on daily data management and data related projects in support of our clients.Responsibilities:

Provide daily data entry and other data related management support in alignment with monthly cycle time metrics

Execute daily responsibilities in alignment with standard operating procedures

Identify and manage projects related to data management in alignment with continuous improvement initiatives

Become subject matter expert within scope of responsibilities so that you can train client on processes/procedures related to data management.

Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs

Establish and maintain effective relationships with client

Monitor progress and performance against the project plan

Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations

Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team

Responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment

Provide a high level of assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of relevant Sales or Project Management experience

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Experience in Life Sciences & GMP principals preferred

Project Management Professional certification highly desirable

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Access, etc.)

Detail-orientated with a proven ability to organize and prioritize work
